LIBERO ENTERTAINMENT - ONE TO AVOID!

Had enough of promoters who think Pay 2 Play in all forms is OK? Had enough of the way some promoters treat bands and us paying gig goers? Sick of battle of the bands crap, vote for this and that, forced ticket buys, want to tell us about the GOOD promoters? This all started on My Space until they started removing what we were saying...

LIBERO ENTERTAINMENT - ONE TO AVOID!

I'm cutting and pasting this from Gumtree, where I've just seen it. Does it really cost £2K to hire a venue for a few hours? Plus whatever money Libero are putting in (probably diddly squat).

Libero Entertainment Ltd is offering bands and singers an opportunity to perform at the Pigalle Club on May 4 on a sub-hire basis.

How it works:
We have hired the venue for Monday May 4 and are looking for other acts to perform with us and share the hire costs and help to fill the venue (280 capacity). 4 acts will play a 30-40 minute set each. The share of the venue hire you'll be asked to pay is £500 for which you'll be given 50 tickets to sell at £10 thus enabling you to recover your costs.

The Pigalle Club has showcased major stars from all across the globe - Van Morrison, Duffy, Boy George and Mick Taylor from The Rolling Stones. The quality of their shows is always second to none. Also with celebrities such as Beyonce, Kylie and Orlando Bloom regularly dropping by, it is fast becoming the place to be.

Dont miss out on this fantastic opportunity to perform at this iconic, world class venue. It represents a great opportunity to generate massive publicity for your act and exposure to industry professionals, music media and investors. It will also generate excellent branding and positioning value for your act.
