MY SPACE CENSORS AT WORK AGAIN?

I see My Space have once again removed another of our blogs without a word of explination. Censorship, guess this is what happenS when we let these corporations control the sites. The blog Tom and the Murdoch corporation saw fit to censor is still up elsewhere at http://organart.freeforums.org -
Seems you can say what you like around here unless those in control don't like it, THEN YOU CAN'T... A lot of you bands and such with all your eggs in one My Space basket might want to be doing what you once did before My Space and put a little more effort in to your own websites and such and a little less in the My Space one that you don't have control of, who knows when big brother is going to close you down for saying something they don't like...

Organ - I know where you're coming-from and you have my complete support.
Censorship should only exist when innocent people are getting hurt. (Children, animals, etc) - The issue today is that it's taken too far... / The question remains... "Where does it start and where does it end?"
Is the person doing the censoring god? Who left this asshole in charge? Is it a republican? Can I say I am a democrat? Do they believe in unmarried sex? Can I say I fuck 100 groupies a year? If I am not friends with this self-appointed, self-righteous censor my life becomes miserable? I waste my time?
Censorship has to stop as it is started. It has to be exposed. It has to be talked about and it has to rationally, intelligently, open-mindedly concluded.
The problem you are facing is ignorance.
Now I'd like to what to ask what - what was censored?

That's totally out of order. Problem of course is that Myspace is a beast we all need to embrace to a certain degree in order to promote ourselves. So they will get away with this simply because we as musicians and music fans either won't or can't pull together and boycott the site.

One strange thing is that there's an american anti pay to play site that hasn't been taken down and clearly indictes these scamsters. So it's myspace uk playing big brother it seems.

well yes, a catch 22, best to cover all options though and have your own websites, time for us to stop putting My Space links with reviews where we can, link to other options, we've all given them too much power as it is. My Space is a useful tool, it should not be your front line though.
